2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

Here’s a super simple and delicious 2-ingredient peanut butter fudge recipe you can make in minutes—no baking required!


Ingredients

  1. 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, your choice)
  2. 1 cup powdered sugar (also called icing sugar)

Optional: A pinch of salt if your peanut butter is unsalted, or a few chocolate chips for topping.


Instructions

  1. Mix Ingredients
    • In a bowl, combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar.
    • Stir until fully blended and smooth. It will form a thick, slightly crumbly dough.
  2. Press into Pan
    • Line a small square pan (8×8 inch works) with parchment paper.
    • Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
  3. Chill
    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  4. Cut and Serve
    • Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper.
    • Cut into small squares and enjoy!

Tips

  • For extra creaminess, you can microwave the peanut butter for 15–20 seconds before mixing.
  • For chocolate peanut butter fudge, melt a few chocolate chips and swirl on top before chilling.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
