Doritos Pizza Rolls

Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

½ cup mini pepperoni or chopped regular pepperoni

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup crushed Doritos (any flavor, like Nacho Cheese or Cool Ranch)

1 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

Optional: pizza sauce or marinara for dipping
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prep the Dough:

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles (or cut pizza dough into 16 small squares or triangles).

Place a small amount of cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni in the center of each triangle.
3. Roll and Seal:

Roll up the dough around the filling and pinch edges to seal.

Shape into small rolls or crescent shapes, making sure the filling is enclosed.
4. Coat with Doritos:

Brush each roll lightly with melted butter or olive oil.

Roll or press each into the crushed Doritos to coat the outside.
