Extra green onions

Chili oil or Sriracha
Instructions
1. Cook the Noodles:
-
Cook noodles according to package directions until al dente.
-
Drain and set aside. Toss with a drizzle of sesame oil to prevent sticking.
2. Prepare the Sauce:
-
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
3. Cook the Ground Beef:
-
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
-
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5–7 minutes).
-
Drain excess grease if needed.
4. Add Aromatics:
-
Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the beef.
-
Cook 2–3 minutes until fragrant and the onion begins to soften.
5. Combine:
-
Add the carrots or bell peppers (if using) and cook another 2 minutes.
-
Pour in the prepared sauce and stir to coat everything evenly.
-
Add the cooked noodles and toss well until noodles absorb the sauce.
6. Serve:
-
Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
-
Add chili oil or Sriracha for extra spice.
Tips
-
Substitute ground turkey, chicken, or pork for the beef.
-
For a richer flavor, add 1 tsp of garlic chili paste or gochujang to the sauce.
-
Add veggies like broccoli, cabbage, or snap peas for a stir-fry-style version.
