🫓 Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries & Toasted Walnuts

1 store-bought flatbread (like naan, lavash, or pita) or homemade flatbread

6 oz Brie cheese, sliced

½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

Honey (optional, for drizzling)

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Toast walnuts:

Spread walnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5–7 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned. Keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.

Prepare flatbread:

Place the flatbread on the baking sheet.

Brush lightly with olive oil.

Arrange Brie slices evenly over the flatbread.

Sprinkle dried cranberries and toasted walnuts on top.
