Instructions

Prepare veggies:
Finely chop all veggies and herbs so they mix evenly in the cream cheese. -
Mix:
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped veggies, garlic (if using), and lemon juice. -
Season:
Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated. -
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld. -
