Perfect Crispy Bacon (No Mess, No Stress) 🥓

Ingredients

  • Bacon (thick or regular cut)

Method 1: Oven-Baked (Best Overall)

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil (easy cleanup!)
  3. Lay bacon strips flat (don’t overlap)
  4. Bake 15–20 minutes
    • Check at 15 for chewy
    • 18–20 for crispy
  5. Transfer to paper towels and enjoy

🔥 Pro tip: Put bacon on a wire rack over the tray for extra crispiness.


Method 2: Stovetop (Fast & Classic)

  1. Place bacon in a cold pan
  2. Turn heat to medium
  3. Flip occasionally as it cooks
  4. Remove when golden and crisp
