Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)

Optional Add-ins:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter for brushing tops
  • Pinch of salt or herbs for flavor

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dough: In a bowl, combine flour and yogurt until a soft dough forms.
  3. Shape biscuits: Turn dough onto a floured surface. Pat or roll to about ½ inch thick. Use a cookie cutter or glass to cut biscuits.
  4. Bake: Place biscuits on the baking sheet. Optional: brush tops with melted butter. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve warm: Enjoy plain, with jam, butter, or honey.
