Here’s a simple, no-bake, 3-ingredient recipe for Homemade Crunch Bars—perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


3-Ingredient Homemade Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)

  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or natural)

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)


Instructions

1. Prepare the Pan

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.


2. Melt Peanut Butter & Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and chocolate chips.

  2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted.


3. Mix in Cereal

  1. Remove from microwave and gently fold in the crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.


4. Press & Chill

  1. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan.

  2. Press firmly into an even layer.

  3. Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.


5. Slice & Serve

  • Cut into bars or squares and enjoy!

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.


Tips

  • Swap peanut butter for almond or cashew butter for a different flavor.

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer taste.

  • Add a pinch of salt or a drizzle of white chocolate for extra flavor.
