1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes (with juice)

1 Β½ cups beef broth (or water)

1 Β½ cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

1. Brown the Beef:

In a large pot or deep skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until meat is browned and onions are soft. Drain excess fat.
2. Add Garlic & Seasonings:

Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and soy sauce/Worcestershire. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add Liquids & Tomatoes:

Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
4. Add Pasta:
