Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are buttery, golden biscuit balls stuffed with juicy ground beef, melty cheese, and topped with a garlicky parmesan crust. They’re perfect as a party snack, game day appetizer, or fun dinner!


🍔 Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

🕒 Prep Time: 20 min | Cook Time: 15–18 min

Yield: ~12 bombs


🍴 Ingredients:

For the Filling:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ½ cup diced onion (optional)

  • ½ cup ketchup or burger sauce

  • 6–8 slices American or cheddar cheese, cut into squares

For the Bombs:

  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
    (or use homemade biscuit dough or pizza dough)

Garlic Parmesan Butter Topping:

  • 4 tbsp (60g) butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


🥣 Instructions:

1. Prepare the Filling:

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.

  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Stir in diced onion (if using) and cook until soft.

  • Remove from heat, stir in ketchup or burger sauce, and let cool slightly.


2. Assemble the Bombs:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  • Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4–5 inch circle.

  • Spoon ~1–2 tbsp of the beef mixture into the center.

  • Top with 1 square of cheese.

  • Fold edges up and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.

  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.


3. Add Garlic Parmesan Topping:

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley (if using).

  • Brush bombs generously with garlic butter.

  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.


4. Bake:

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

  • Brush with more garlic butter immediately after baking for extra flavor.


🧀 Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve with dipping sauces like:

    • Burger sauce

    • Ketchup or mustard

    • Garlic aioli

    • Ranch


🔄 Variations:

  • Spicy: Add jalapeños or hot sauce to the beef mixture.

  • Bacon Cheeseburger: Add crumbled cooked bacon to the filling.

  • Mini version: Use smaller biscuit dough pieces and cut cheese into smaller cubes for bite-size bombs.
