For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine work well)

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1½ cups heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter version)

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional: ¼ tsp red pepper flakes or a pinch of nutmeg for depth

Reserved pasta water, as needed

🔹 Step 1: Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
🔹 Step 2: Make the Chicken Bites

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken in a single layer (work in batches if needed). Sear for 4–5 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
