🥔 Classic Baked Potato

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 large russet potato (or as many as you like)
  • 1–2 tsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, cheese, chives, bacon bits, butter

🔥 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the potato
    • Wash the potato thoroughly and pat it dry.
    • Prick it a few times with a fork so steam can escape.

  3. Bake
