🧊 Caramel Cold Brew Coffee (Homemade Café Style)
☕ Ingredients:
For the Cold Brew:

1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans

4 cups cold, filtered water
(Or use store-bought cold brew concentrate for convenience)
For the Drink (per serving):

¾ cup cold brew coffee
-
¼ cup milk or cream (dairy or non-dairy)

1–2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Ice
Optional toppings:

Whipped cream
-
Sea salt (for a salted caramel version)

Vanilla syrup or a dash of cinnamon
🧋 Instructions:
1. Make Cold Brew (if not using store-bought):

Combine ground coffee and cold water in a jar or French press.

Stir and cover. Let steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve, cheesecloth, or coffee filter.
2. Prepare the Caramel Cold Brew:

Fill a glass with ice.

Drizzle caramel sauce along the inside of the glass (optional but fancy).

Pour in cold brew coffee.

Add milk or cream to taste.

Stir in 1–2 tablespoons of caramel sauce until dissolved.
3. Top It Off (optional):

Add whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

For a Salted Caramel Cold Brew, sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt on top.

Sweeter? Add vanilla or caramel syrup instead of sauce for quicker mixing.
