Here’s a Caramel Cold Brew recipe that’s smooth, sweet, and easy to make at home — just like your favorite café version, but more customizable (and budget-friendly).

🧊 Caramel Cold Brew Coffee (Homemade Café Style)

Ingredients:

For the Cold Brew:

  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans

  • 4 cups cold, filtered water
(Or use store-bought cold brew concentrate for convenience)

  • ¾ cup cold brew coffee

  • ¼ cup milk or cream (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1–2 tbsp caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

  • Ice

Optional toppings:

  • Whipped cream

  • Sea salt (for a salted caramel version)

  • Vanilla syrup or a dash of cinnamon

🧋 Instructions:

1. Make Cold Brew (if not using store-bought):

  • Combine ground coffee and cold water in a jar or French press.

  • Stir and cover. Let steep in the fridge for 12–18 hours.

  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve, cheesecloth, or coffee filter.

2. Prepare the Caramel Cold Brew:

  • Fill a glass with ice.

  • Drizzle caramel sauce along the inside of the glass (optional but fancy).

  • Pour in cold brew coffee.

  • Add milk or cream to taste.

  • Stir in 1–2 tablespoons of caramel sauce until dissolved.

3. Top It Off (optional):

  • Add whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.

  • For a Salted Caramel Cold Brew, sprinkle a small pinch of sea salt on top.

💡 Tips & Variations:

  • Sweeter? Add vanilla or caramel syrup instead of sauce for quicker mixing.

  • Stronger? Use a 1:1 mix of cold brew concentrate and water, or just go full-strength.

  • Creamier? Use half-and-half or sweetened condensed milk.

  • Iced Caramel Macchiato-style: Pour cold milk first, then cold brew, and finish with caramel drizzle on top.
