Instructions

1. Prepare Banana Pudding Base:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and 1¼ cups cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).

  • Set aside to firm up slightly.

2. Make the Cheesecake Mixture:

  • In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

  • Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and smooth.

  • Fold in the prepared banana pudding and whipped topping until fully incorporated and creamy.

3. Assemble the Bites:

  • Line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners or place vanilla wafers flat on a tray.

  • Pipe or spoon the cheesecake banana mixture onto each vanilla wafer to form a mound.

  • (Optional) Add a thin banana slice under or over the filling before topping.

4. Garnish:

  • Sprinkle with crushed vanilla wafers or top with a small dollop of whipped cream and a banana slice.

5. Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
