🌮 Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos

For the Chicken & Marinade:

For Serving:

Tortillas (flour or corn, warmed)

Shredded cabbage or lettuce

Avocado slices or guacamole

Sour cream or Mexican crema

Cotija or shredded cheese

🔪 Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix all marinade ingredients.

Add chicken and coat well.

Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, ideally 2–4 hours for best flavor.
2. Cook the Chicken:

Heat a skillet, grill, or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Remove chicken from marinade and cook for:

5–6 minutes per side for thighs

4–5 minutes per side for breasts
(or until internal temp hits 165°F / 74°C)
