Colon Cleansing Soup: Eat this in the morning and in 40 minutes your intestines will be completely emptied!

Here’s a natural colon-cleansing soup designed to promote bowel movements and support digestive health when eaten in the morning:


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped celery – stimulates digestion and is high in fiber
  • 1 cup chopped carrots – gentle on the stomach and supports bowel function
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage – natural laxative and high in fiber
  • 1 small onion, chopped – helps digestion

Instructions
