Creamy Ranch Pork Chops

Here’s a delicious way to make creamy ranch pork chops—juicy, flavorful, and perfect for a weeknight dinner. 🥩🌿


Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 2 tbsp homemade ranch)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter version)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the Pork Chops
    • Sprinkle pork chops with salt, pepper, and ½ of the ranch seasoning.
  2. Sear the Chops
    • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Sear pork chops 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the Creamy Sauce
    • Reduce heat to medium.
    • Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
    • Pour in heavy cream and sprinkle the remaining ranch seasoning.
    • Stir and let it simmer 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Finish Cooking the Chops
    • Return pork chops to the skillet.
    • Spoon sauce over chops and cook another 5–7 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Serve
    • Spoon extra sauce over chops.
    • Garnish with parsley or chives.
    • Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies.

Tips for Extra Juicy Pork Chops

  • Let pork chops rest 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
  • Use bone-in chops for more flavor.
  • For thicker sauce, let it simmer longer; for thinner, add a splash of chicken broth or milk.
