Instructions

1. Prep & Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cook the Filling

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft.
  3. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, or steak seasoning.
  4. Mix cooked bacon back in. Remove from heat.

3. Assemble the Bread

  1. Roll out dough on a floured surface into a rectangle (~15×10 inches).
  2. Spread shredded cheese over dough, leaving edges free.
  3. Layer meat mixture on top, add Velveeta cubes if using.
  4. Roll dough like a jelly roll, tucking ends under to seal.
  5. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.

4. Bake

  • Brush top with egg wash.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning if desired.
  • Bake 20–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Let cool 5–10 minutes, then slice.

  • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce.
