🍴 Ingredients:
For the Filling:

½ cup diced onion (optional)

½ cup ketchup or burger sauce

6–8 slices American or cheddar cheese, cut into squares
For the Bombs:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
(or use homemade biscuit dough or pizza dough)
Garlic Parmesan Butter Topping:

4 tbsp (60g) butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
🥣 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Filling:

In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Stir in diced onion (if using) and cook until soft.

Remove from heat, stir in ketchup or burger sauce, and let cool slightly.
2. Assemble the Bombs:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Flatten each biscuit dough round into a 4–5 inch circle.

Spoon ~1–2 tbsp of the beef mixture into the center.

Top with 1 square of cheese.

Fold edges up and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.

Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
3. Add Garlic Parmesan Topping:

Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley (if using).

Brush bombs generously with garlic butter.
-
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
4. Bake:

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

Brush with more garlic butter immediately after baking for extra flavor.
