Pecan Pie Balls

Posted on October 25, 2025 by Admin

Oh, Pecan Pie Balls—they’re basically bite-sized, no-bake treats that capture all the rich, nutty, and sweet flavors of classic pecan pie in a convenient, poppable form. Perfect for holidays or anytime you want a decadent snack!

Key Ingredients

  • Graham crackers or crushed cookies (for the base)

  • Pecans: chopped, toasted for extra flavor

  • Brown sugar: adds that caramel-like sweetness

  • Butter: to bind the base

  • Corn syrup or honey: optional, for stickiness

  • Vanilla extract: flavor boost

  • Chocolate: melted, for coating (optional)

How It’s Made

  1. Prepare the base:

    • Crush graham crackers finely.

    • Mix with melted butter, brown sugar, and a touch of vanilla until it holds together.

  2. Add the pecans:

    • Fold in chopped pecans.

    • Optionally, add a little corn syrup or honey to mimic the gooey pecan pie texture.

  3. Form balls:

    • Roll mixture into 1–2 inch balls.

    • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.

  4. Optional chocolate coating:

    • Melt chocolate (milk, dark, or white).

    • Dip chilled balls into the chocolate, then place on parchment paper to set.

  5. Serve & enjoy:

    • Garnish with a pecan half on top if desired.

    • Store in the fridge; they’re rich, so small bites are perfect.

The result is sweet, nutty, buttery, and slightly crunchy, just like mini pecan pies you can pop in your mouth!

I can make a super-easy, foolproof version with exact measurements if you want to make a batch that turns out perfectly every time. Do you want me to do that?
