Posted on November 30, 2025 by Admin
Here’s a copycat Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi recipe — buttery, garlicky, lemony, and super close to the restaurant version.

⭐ Copycat Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup white wine (or chicken broth)

  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

1. Sauté the shrimp

  1. Heat 2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add shrimp in a single layer. Season lightly with salt + pepper.

  3. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until just pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.

2. Make the scampi sauce

  1. In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp butter.

  2. Add garlic and cook 30–45 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Pour in white wine and bring to a gentle simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Add lemon juice and red pepper flakes.

3. Combine

  1. Return shrimp to the skillet.

  2. Sprinkle in Parmesan and parsley.

  3. Toss everything together and cook another 1–2 minutes until coated.

Serve With

  • Linguine or angel-hair pasta

  • Garlic bread

  • Rice pilaf
