Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

4 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

4–5 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup white wine (or chicken broth)

½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Sauté the shrimp

Heat 2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add shrimp in a single layer. Season lightly with salt + pepper.

Cook 1–2 minutes per side until just pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
2. Make the scampi sauce

In the same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp butter.

Add garlic and cook 30–45 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in white wine and bring to a gentle simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add lemon juice and red pepper flakes.
3. Combine

Return shrimp to the skillet.

Sprinkle in Parmesan and parsley.

Toss everything together and cook another 1–2 minutes until coated.
