🍗 Teriyaki Chicken Wings
Ingredients:

2–3 lbs chicken wings (drums and flats)

1 tbsp oil

Salt & pepper
Homemade Teriyaki Sauce:

½ cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)

¼ cup brown sugar
-
2 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (or ½ tsp ground)

1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or set air fryer to 375°F.

Toss wings in a bit of oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet or in air fryer basket.

Bake for 40–45 min, flipping halfway, or air fry for 25–30 min until crispy and cooked through.

While wings cook, make teriyaki sauce:

Combine all sauce ingredients (except slurry) in a small pot. Simmer 5 mins.

Ingredients:

Instructions:
