Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (medium to large), peeled and sliced

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream

  • 1 cup whole milk (adjust for desired thickness)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of bananas)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)


Instructions

  1. Place the sliced bananas, vanilla ice cream, milk, and vanilla extract in a blender.

  2. Add honey or sugar if desired for extra sweetness.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  4. If too thick, add a little more milk and blend again.

  5. For a colder shake, add a few ice cubes and blend until crushed and smooth.

  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
