4️⃣ Cook Slowly

  • Slow cooker: Low heat for 8 hours, or until meat is fork-tender.
  • Oven: Cover in a roasting pan and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 3–4 hours, until tender.

5️⃣ Serve

  • Remove meat and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
  • Slice or shred, serve with vegetables and pan juices.
