Here’s a simple slow-cooker dinner that’s cheap, filling, and very easy to make. 🍽️

Slow Cooker Creamy Mushroom Hamburger Patties

🛒 Ingredients

  • 4–6 hamburger patties (about 1–1.5 lb ground beef)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 packet Onion Soup Mix
  • ½ cup milk or beef broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional but recommended)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Place the raw hamburger patties in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and milk or broth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the patties.
  4. Add the sliced mushrooms on top.
  5. Cover and cook:
    • Low: 6–7 hours
    • High: 3–4 hours

The patties cook in the creamy sauce and become very tender.

🍽️ Serving Ideas

Serve the patties and gravy over:

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Rice
  • Egg noodles

⭐ Optional Add-Ins

  • ½ chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • A little shredded cheese during the last 15 minutes

This is one of those budget slow-cooker meals where the gravy is the best part, and it usually disappears quickly at dinner. 😋
