3-minute chocolate fudge.

Posted on March 17, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a super quick 3-minute chocolate fudge recipe that’s rich, creamy, and requires no baking:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or semi-sweet)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)
  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, coconut flakes, or sea salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Pan
    • Line a small square dish (like 8×8 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. Melt Chocolate
    • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
    • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth (about 1–2 minutes total).
  3. Add Flavor
    • Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
    • Mix in optional nuts or toppings if desired.
  4. Set the Fudge
    • Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
    • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  5. Cut & Serve
    • Lift fudge from the pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.

💡 Tips for Success

  • Use good-quality chocolate for best flavor.
  • Stir thoroughly between microwaving intervals to avoid burning.
  • For mini treats, spoon the mixture into cupcake liners.

I can also give 3 quick flavor variations—like peanut butter swirl, espresso, or mint—that keep it a 3-minute prep but add fun twists.
