I had no idea! This is so true for me.

That actually makes a lot of sense—your gut is very sensitive to small daily habits, especially at night. Once you tweak things like meal timing or stress, the difference can feel surprisingly big.

What many people don’t realize is how strongly the gut–brain connection affects things. Stress, late heavy meals, or irregular routines can easily trigger issues like constipation or even symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome.

If you’ve already noticed improvement, that’s a good sign your body responds well to routine. You could take it one step further by:

  • keeping dinner lighter (like daal, sabzi, yogurt)
  • sticking to a consistent sleep schedule
  • adding a bit of natural fiber (like fruit or isabgol in small amounts if needed)

The key is consistency—not perfection.

If you want, tell me what your usual dinner looks like, and I can suggest a few small tweaks that could make it even better for your digestion 👍
