Natural Nighttime Drink for Kidney Support: Lemon & Ginger Recipe

Here’s a simple natural nighttime drink to support kidney health using lemon and ginger, both known for their detoxifying and anti-inflammatory properties:


Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • ½ teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or ¼ teaspoon ginger powder)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey for taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the water until warm, not boiling.
  2. Add the grated ginger and let it steep for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and stir.
  4. Add honey if desired.
  5. Drink 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
