What do you call a person who has nails like that?

Posted on April 10, 2026 by Admin

I’ll need a bit more detail to give you the right term—“nails like that” could mean a few different things.

For example, people might be referring to:

  • Brittle or peeling nails → often just called brittle nails
  • Thick, yellow nails → could be linked to a fungal infection
  • Spoon-shaped nails → called koilonychia
  • Clubbing (rounded, bulb-like nails) → called nail clubbing
  • Very long or stylized nails → just a fashion choice

👉 Each has a different name depending on the appearance.

If you can, describe the nails (color, shape, thickness) or send a picture, and I’ll tell you exactly what it’s called.
