Here’s a super popular 3-ingredient breakfast that fits your description:

🥞 3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oats (optional but helps texture)

Instructions:

  1. Mash the banana until smooth.
  2. Whisk in the eggs.
  3. Stir in oats (if using).
  4. Cook small pancakes on a non-stick pan over medium heat (about 1–2 minutes per side).

Why it’s great:

  • Naturally sweet 🍌
  • High in protein
  • Keeps you full for hours
