🛌 “Sleeping on your right side is dangerous” — is it true?

❌ No strong medical evidence says sleeping on your right side is harmful for most people.

In fact:

  • Both left and right side sleeping are generally safe
  • The “danger” claims are often exaggerated online

👍 Side sleeping (left or right)

Generally the healthiest position for most people:
