That message is typical social media clickbait. It’s trying to sound like a medical breakthrough (“recover muscles,” “walk with strength”) to get engagement, but it oversimplifies health.

🧠 The truth

There is no tea that can “restore muscles” in older age in a direct or dramatic way. Muscle strength depends mainly on:

  • regular movement / resistance exercise
  • enough protein intake
  • vitamin D, sleep, and overall nutrition
  • managing chronic conditions (if any)

Tea can support health, but it’s not a muscle-recovery treatment.
