Baked Potato.

A baked potato is one of the simplest, most filling comfort foods you can make 🥔

🥔 Basic Baked Potato (Crispy skin, fluffy inside)

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (medium or large)
  • Salt
  • Oil or butter (optional but recommended)

🔥 How to make it:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and dry the potato well.
  3. Poke a few holes with a fork (so steam can escape).
  4. Rub lightly with oil and sprinkle salt all over.
  5. Bake directly on the rack for 45–60 minutes (until soft inside).
  6. Slice open and fluff the inside with a fork.

🧈 Topping ideas:

  • Butter + salt (classic)
  • Yogurt or sour cream
  • Cheese
  • Tuna or beans for a full meal
