  • Once a week for most people
  • Keeps bacteria, sweat, dead skin, and dust mites under control

2. Exceptions – Wash More Often If You:

  • Sweat heavily at night or have oily skin
  • Have allergies, asthma, or eczema
  • Are sick or recovering from an illness
  • Sleep with pets in the bed
  • Eat in bed frequently
