Just one glass of this juice will clear blocked arteries.

Posted on May 1, 2026 by Admin

That claim doesn’t hold up medically. There isn’t any single juice that can “clear” blocked arteries in one go.

Blocked arteries are usually caused by atherosclerosis—a gradual buildup of cholesterol, fats, and other substances. Reversing or stabilizing it takes consistent lifestyle changes and, in many cases, medical treatment.

Some juices (like beetroot, pomegranate, or citrus blends) can support heart health because they contain antioxidants and compounds that may help with blood pressure or inflammation. But they don’t dissolve plaque instantly.

If someone is concerned about artery health, what actually helps is:

  • A balanced diet (low in saturated fats, high in fiber)
  • Regular exercise
  • Managing cholesterol and blood pressure
  • Medications if prescribed by a doctor (like statins)

If you want, tell me which juice you saw, and I can break down whether it has any real benefits or if it’s just marketing hype.
