One tablespoon every night for 3 days and my belly disappeared forever.

That’s a very strong claim—and it’s almost certainly not how the human body works.

A “belly disappearing forever” in 3 days from taking one tablespoon of something is not physiologically realistic. Changes in abdominal size over a few days are usually due to things like:

  • Water retention changes (salt/carbs/hormones)
  • Reduced bloating or gas
  • Emptying of gut contents
  • Temporary inflammation changes
  • Dehydration (which can look like weight loss but isn’t fat loss)

Actual fat loss takes sustained calorie deficit over weeks to months, not days, and definitely not a permanent result from a single nightly tablespoon of any food, drink, or supplement.

If you saw a quick change, it was most likely bloating reduction, not permanent fat loss.

If you want, tell me what the “one tablespoon” was, and I can explain what it actually does in the body and whether there’s any real evidence behind it.
