Here’s a simple 3-ingredient homemade collagen-boosting drink you can make daily:

🌿 Homemade “Collagen” Drink (3 Ingredients)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder (this is the closest direct collagen source you can use at home)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (vitamin C helps your body produce collagen)

🥤 How to make:

  1. Warm the water (not boiling).
  2. Add the gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in fresh lemon juice.
  4. Drink warm, preferably in the morning or before bed.

✨ Optional (still keeping 3 ingredients):

If you prefer taste variation, you can swap lemon juice with orange juice instead for better flavor and vitamin C.
