Common examples of “Nana-style” remedies include:

  • Warm saltwater soaks are sometimes used for minor swelling or foot fatigue.

🌱 Natural Poultices

  • Simple plant-based compresses (like crushed herbs or warm cloths) have traditionally been used to relieve aches or minor skin irritation.

Many traditional methods emphasize rest, hydration, and nourishing foods, which are still widely recommended today.
